Nice to meet you!

My name is Osnat Fried Laznik, and I am a certified organizational psychologist with over a decade of experience in organizational development and consulting.

I specialize in leadership and team development, as well as peer learning facilitation.

I have worked as an internal organizational development professional in both a large government organization and a leading global tech company. Additionally, I serve as an external consultant, facilitating HR and organizational development processes in tech companies.

I hold a certification from the Israeli Department of Health, a master's degree in organizational psychology from BAU, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from BGU.

APPROACH

My mission and passion are to maximize organizational effectiveness by unlocking people’s potential, cultivating effective leadership, and enhancing teamwork and collaboration.

I firmly believe that a strong, well-synchronized team can achieve anything, and this is made possible through strong, self-reflective leadership, and well planned teamwork.
My experience has shown me that we gain more from each other than from any course or lecture, and I work in alignment with that belief.
